I haven't seen a photo from the show where all the wives came on stage wearing swim suits during Honky Tonk Women... Does anyone have a photo they could scan...? I'd love to see it.

isnt it from "HTW" on the "lets spend the night together" movie , from the show in Tempe?

Problem is that there must be about 50-100 women onstage at one time, so it would be hard to JUST get a photo of the band's wives

That slim thing that Mick holds onto when on stage is a microphone stand and not L'il Wren, though it's easy to confuse the two.

In the official dvd isn't there a woman who looks like Jerry Hall?

they were dressed in various costumes, not strictly swimsuits.

There's a picture of Jo in this thread backstage in a weird outfit. I don't know if she was planning on going onstage in that getup or if that's how she would sometimes dress.

it was cool. It was from the 81 tour. Its on the the conert film "Hal Ahslby's Lets spend the Night Together" I thought it was out of print, but I think it might have been re- relaeased on DVD or is going to be.

Are there any photo's of the Stoneswives without swimsuits.....

They were all dressed as Honky Tonk Women. There was a brief shot of Jerry dancing as well as Ronnie's daughter. Charlie's wife Shirley was also on stage dancing next to him. Don't recall seeing any of the other wives.

there were tons of women on stage. I think they were the crew memebers wives or girlfrineds as well. some of those chiks were really rockin out!. not many bands could pull something like that off and have it still be cool.

You're right, of course! But then again - not many bands have come up with a song like Honky Tonk Women! A lot of bands would have loved to, but are/were uncapable. Still they'd bring half naked ladies on stage - and it just looked... stupid, out of place and cheap. Totally lacking a sense of humour. But now that I've finally found the video, and blew the dust off my VCR, and saw the tape! Fantastic. And YES, that's little LEAH Wood, there! Very sweet.
