they arent even listed as dates on Ticketmaster.....I'd be leary about these..

Yeah, but this appears to be a ticket agency (a nice way of saying scalper), who always charge more...

how much are tickets expected to cost this time around- i am makign travel plans to go to the 9/30 churchill downs show and am wondering how much to expect if i am lucky enough to buy tickets for face value

I'm a poor college student who works for $12 per hour as an intern. I desperately want to see my favorite band this fall on their farewell tour. I just hope I can afford it. I worked overtime last week so I could rationalize signing up for the fan club so I can give myself a chance a getting tickets to smaller venues, maybe even beacon theatre. Please Mick, Keith, Charlie, and Ron give me a chance. Make your prices reasonable!!

I'm in Boston & a bit skeptical...I don't expect any outdoor gig to sellout quickly (2 shows August '05, 2 more January '06), so I'll wait for t-master...
Re other acts' high prices, check out the story in Rolling Stone (2 issues back) about big acts 'scalping' their own tickets...

Its disappointing really as I think they should get their priorities straight and honour their European obligations.

That's around $2200 a month. If you stay with you parents and save on food and drinks you can see a lot of shows!
