Double FOS ???

Looking at this capture from arizojp, it looks like there's 2 layer in the FOS section : [img163.imageshack.us]
The 1st one just as big as during the Licks Tour and a 2nd one right behind it.
Is the 2nd one for the people with regular tickets who got into the stadium early ????

I was in Munich ysterday:
With FOS-tickets you've got access to the "1st" area. The 2nd one between b-stage and FOS-area was for GA-ticketholders who came early.
