This just makes me incredebly angry !!!!!!!!!!!

WTF is going on I couldn't get A block at 9am on 1st day of sale.

That's what pisses me off too !

The ticket sellers sell them backwards now, from worst to best...its a killer. Been doing that in the US since No Security...

This is actually really confusing, because I've ended up with for example with rows 3 and 1 for Twickers on the 20th & 22nd respectively, row 1 for Glasgow, and row 3 for both Sheffield and Cardiff. ALL of these were bought within seconds of the presale commencing (AMEX presale), with the exception of Cardiff. There was nothing in the first 10 rows came up at all for Cardiff till about 4.00 in the afternoon, then all of a sudden it was as if they released a bunch of seats in one of the A blocks. Up until then I was being offered stuff in the B and C blocks only !!

So the theory of selling them backwards (from worst to best) partly holds true it would seem, but partly not. All in all, their strategy - if you want to call it that - is mighty confusing, and can't fail to anger a lot of people who say panic at the outset and buy the more expensive seats further back, only to find that many months down the road they could've grabbed cheaper and better seats when they finally become available.

I got block A3, row 4, seat 14.
I never had planned to go to Sheffield. Just saw your post at the airport passing by an internet terminal.

Yeah, they sell a few through amex, but if you go through ticket master presales for the fan club, forget it. Good seats almost never turn up. A good friend in Florida got 4 seats in real 7th row for opening night in Boston last August for $160 each...so, they do let a few out, but most go to the ticket brokers (leagalized scalper scum)...

I got "best seats available" block B something, row umpteen, seat squillion for £150.00 each...in the first HOUR of ticket sales !
That's what my RS membership did for me !

This is absolutely outragous!
WHat about the people who bought 160£ tickets, and couldn't get better ones than tier? I'm not complaining for my own sake, but this policy is unbelievable.
Sure, it's very nice with you people above who got great seats, but what about those who are stuck with expensive not-good seats?
Anyway, everyone posting on this thread will be neighbours in the A block now.

Those are gone now too. The best I could find was A7 for 150 pounds

Try to search for "best available".

I'm not for sure what I'm doing other than Twick #2. Just checking out my options, that sort of thing.

I got two tickets in A3 row 7 last evening for 60£! I can't believe it. It's the first time in all my Stones ticket buying history that I actually got the cheapest seats in the best location. Will wonders never cease? Now if I just win On Stage tickets for Paris then I will know it's really my year.
