While EasterMan listens to the Nutopian National Anthem by John Lennon, I've been listening to Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac at the Golden Circle Sweden again. Wow.
Before that I was playing "extract the sides" with some 60s stereo Stones which yielded some interesting results - piano and acoustic guitar only version of Satisfaction and a near vocals only (Mick, John and Paul) We Love You which presented some surprises from the Fab Two normally buried in the mix. Awesome. Shame they didn't sneak in to more Stones sessions.
Next I'll be listening to a lecture about Orson Welles unfinished film The Other Side Of The Wind presented by Josh Karp and Joseph McBride. Not music but killer stuff nonetheless.

And this rarity from latebloomer looks like a big winner as well...

Isn't it, though? I had to listen once I saw that cover, even though it meant sitting through Born Free and Sailing. Loved those old K-Tel comps. smiling smiley

C'mon latebloomer you're pulling my leg - I tried to find it and it's a spoof!

This wonderful fake K-TEL album was created by Sean Tejaratchi at LiarTownUSA and Rachel Lichtman

I should have known when I saw The Beatles' Revolution #9 on the list. smiling smiley

Clapton at Albert Hall for 70th birthday is on PBS in the US right now, at least where I am.
I missed how this was released in various formats a few weeks ago to much acclaim,
didn't see the topic here.

I had forgotten how much I miss hearing him live. I didn't get to this last round of shows in NYC.
Some here were at the concert in London, and then the follow-ups.

(I know with Eric around here it's either love or hate.) Listening now, oh my, and watching.
