I'm back. After Soul Shine, The Tin Angel by Donovan popped up in the mix. Great early psychedelia. Give it a go.

Hey dmay, all I found was The Fat Angel...it sounds pretty trippy so that must be it?

Indeed a slight variation in lyrics, but the 'message' remains the same.

Here's another tune (with some fun dancing footage) later covered by the Specials:

Andy & Joey - You're Wondering Now

It's crazy, Stones keep being played on CNBC this morning.

Most recently JJF and now Shine A Light.

Stones mean business!

Gary Clark Jr doing a live version of When My Train Pulls In. This dude is channeling Jimi for sure here. Bliss. Pure bliss.

Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac at the Golden Circle (11/69) and it's bloody brilliant even though the vocals are a bit low.
Earlier, Billy Fury and The Tornados Radio Luxembourg sessions and later on some concentrated 1965 Rolling Stones focusing on the 1965 live ep and variations thereof.
Might squeeze in some mono Beatles on the school run too. If ears could smile they'd er...be a mouth.

Scratch that, my Bob Dylan Bootleg series vol 12 The Cutting Edge collectors edition box set just arrived. Bob, let me tell you how it feels to be on my own (for atleast an hour or two), a complete unknown and not very much like a rolling stone.
It feels pretty @#$%& good right now actually.
This is the record release of the year. I suspect only the complete Beatle multitracks could rival it or a finished Smile acetate (dream on) could top it. It is beyond exceptional both in presentation and content. The fact that the arrangements keep changing and Bob sings on every take mean it's probably even more interesting than the Revolver multi tracks even for a Fab head like myself.
If the Stones archive series was not already floating down the toilet than this flushes it away forever.
Where are you ABKCO ? I can't hear you. You need to sort it out before no-one's alive who gives a toss.
Start with a massive Beggars Banquet super dooper extra deluxe box and then go back to the beginning. But not for a few months please, I'm stoney broke.
Man am I looking forward to the World Tour 1966 box set. The 26cd bootleg is just not enough.
Thanks to all at CBS for giving a fan what he wants.
Sod customs who charged me an extra £120 import duty.
