Oh yes, sorry, it's definitely not a RnR song. There's not a lot of great radio happening anymore and this is the kind of music they play on the station I listen to. It's definitely the vocals that get me on this kind of music.

All the last entries hit me. Just acquired "Primary Colors" by ECSP; I believe it is their second LP.
The Psych. Furs sound amazing. The guitar solo by Fortus on the lower strings was very good; obviously the saxman can blow. At this point in their career I don't think it is an asset to have an accomplished sax player. Butler still sounds and looks amazing. They have always been one of my top alltime bands. (I only miss Ashton)
Lucio Battisti is one of the artists that all my life has been there. And I don';t understand that he didn't become bigger outside of Italy. The songs by Mogol and him are time- and boundaryless.
I myself was listening to Anna Calvi, the Sonics and T. Rex.

Well Cindy, although the higher pitched singing is truly the best part of the tune I won't be listening a second time. Too much shrill keyboardy pop stuff with a bubble-gum kinda groove and mentality. Too much pop not enough rock. Check out this version of Empty Pages by Warren Haynes, good song, good performance, listenable keyboards. peace
