tattoo you is the best out of three imo.it's hard to believe that these songs were actually leftovers from previous albums' sessions.to me tatto you is the last great album by the Stones.

Dance is cool,,how many people would trip out if they did emotional rescue live?do you think mick can pull it off ,,,PS,I want to see TOPS live

They are my favorite era to listen to. And Some Girls is the best album they ever made.

Some Girl be careful you are bound to piss off those diehard Exile fans ,,,Whick like Mick said is slightly overrated

i would love to hear emotional rescue live.judging by the way he sings worried about you these days i think he could pull ER off quite well.tops would sound great in a small club.

Yeah why? Listenin to Neighbour right now as i did in my first apartment,looong time ago. The Tatto album was the reson i was thrown out,played it LOUD day n night for a mounth or so and drinking cheap wine called Kir. My explenation that Tatto must be played at the max,made it even worse. Great album great memories.

Some Girls is EXCELLENT, Tattoo You is GREAT, Emotional Rescue is not quite up there with the other two but it's still a pretty good album.

I find this is most womens favorite era while the dudes prefer the twang of Beggars Banquet and Let it Bleed

Let Me Go, Where the Boys all go, Down in the Hole, She's So Cold, Summer Romance, Send It to Me, Dance, ER, All About You, Indian Girl. Great songs.
ER rocks!

Tatoo You and Some Girls on par. 2 real Stones album with a push forward involvement of Keith to the difference of Undercover and Dirty Work.

Hey - you and me both? Fortunately I had secured me another place to live when they came banging with the eviction note...ahhh..sweet innocent times..START ME UP!

..and by the way - ER stinks!! Excepting "All About You" 'n' "She's so Cold" - still I cannot help have warm feelings for this album as it was the first I bought on the day of release (in Denmark that is)..I have done so ever since

Some Girls is the most consistent although the best songs (at least half the album) on Tattoo You are superior to the songs on Some Girls.

Emotional Rescue is interesting - the Stones are changing direction slightly. I like the feel of the album but i believe many of the songs are quite shallow. More time needed to be taken in the writing and arranging

From 1981 to 1987 I went through 2 vinyl copies of each of those albums. It was good that CD's came out.

Some Girls is w/o a doubt in the top five. For me probably #2 right behind Exile.

Tatto You for me, make the Stones "Top 10".

Emotional Rescue is a big let down. I didn't like it when it came out because it didn't measure up to Soem Girls. I never lisetn to it except for All ABout You and Indian Girl.

1. some girls. I think that some girls happens to be the best of the three
I aslo think Exile is better than some girls though. Thats just me.

Some Girls is excelent, 10 killer tracks, not filler.
ER is average, I didn't like it during years but it sounds good today.
TY is classic Rolling Stones, I don't know a single person that didn't fall in love of this album. So great.

What's the deal with all these comma's and semicolons?

Some girl is by far the best of the 3, it is my favourite Stones album of all the times! I think all the strenght the stones possess regarding song writing and playing find their purest representation/expression in SG!

TY is very good too, and ER is underrated for sure (for me f.e. better than IORR, and more my taste than GHS)!
