OT: PEARL JAM on VH1's Storytellers Tonight !!!

Pearl Jam will be on the very interesting show "Storytellers" (where they discuss some of their most important songs before they play them live to a small audience) this Saturday at 10 pm Eastern/7 pm Pacific in the USA. Don't know if it's a 60 or 90 minute show but do know (from the commercial) that 2 of the songs discussed and played are "Alive" and "World Wide Suicide". New CD is great, show should be excellent ......go Eddie go...

Yo Bongster, where you at? S.K.? Just read that Seoul is the second most expensive city in the world on yahoo news yesterday....thought that was very weird (but haven't been there for ages) are things that expensive now? When you back in the US?

SK - back in August. and judging by the emptiness of my wallet, the survey seems correct!!!

p.s. ya know, MB, seoul is the "city of the future" now. you should come back and have a look around~!

Yeah, it's been a LONG time. It's about time to check it out again.Sounds interesting - maybe the Olympics pushed it to that city of the future thinking. I'm trying to remember the top 10 on that survey, I think it was #1 Moscow, #2 Seoul, #3 Tokyo, #4 Hong Kong, #5 London, #6 Osaka, #7 Geneva, #8 Copenhagen, #9 Zurich, #10 TIE - Oslo/New York City (I cheated, I found my list in an E-mail - Memory not THAT good -lol)....Paris is at #16, not THAT bad. What SURPRISED me was Istanbul was #15, that used to be a VERY cheap city, I don't get it.Well at least Buenos Aires OR Vancouver didn't make the list (50 most expesive cities in the world). Anyway, Bongman, have a good time and watch out for those SK babes (like babes from everywhere, they all need to be slightly watched - hehehe) Take Care, MB

Yeah stonedmike, they seem to have a "new energy" going...Eddie's interview in the latest Rolling Stone Magazine was surprisingly open, keep going on and on about a very serious stalker he used to have, never hear Vedder talk so much about so many things, a very interesting interview from the quiet one....

I love Pearl Jam, and I'm eagerly anticipating Eddie's remarks on how the featured songs were created. The guy is honest, unpretentious and very funny, but also very outspoken. It will be quite a treat.
