I would very much doubt this is the case. Not for so many promoters in difefrent countries, plus the fact that several of these shows actually sold extremely well
I just find it very odd that an intention to play shows in a year's time can be changed to complete cancellations in the space of 3 weeks
For all the criticisms directed at the Stones, its NOT like them to fail to fulfil commitments for postponed concerts unless its logistically imposible to reschedule them in the short time frame available. 2007 doesnt fall into the 'short time frame' category
That to me suggests one of two things :
1) they simply cant be arsed playing the shows (the most common assumption)
or
2) they are only able to commit to shows for this summer and no further because there is some 'problem' within the band which has arisen in recent weeks which puts their existence in question after that time and they cant plan ahead as far as one year in the future.
What they choose to do regarding the proposed autumn US tour will be quite significant - especially if they then decide to end the ABB tour after that leg.
If they do so, then it appears that option 1) is what is correct and I'd be pretty friggin' livid
If they decide to end the tour after Horsens, then it could be option 2) which is altogether more worrying
