It's been a while since I saw it, but isn't it just a shirt wrapped around his waist? Or am I remembering it all wrong?

I also thought that too,but my sister who saw it for the first time noticed it.Especially when they take the last bow it looks clear like a skirt.

I think in the 60 Minutes interview back in 94 when he was in New Orleans, Mick mentioned that his wardrobe person had a skirt that Mick was going to wear.

LOL. It's fun that Keef is the ultimate worst dresser in the Stones and he hates a skirt. BTW: That reminds me of my pal from high-school. He wore skirts all the time (Not gay mind you). Sometimes he even came in his morning robe (WITH clothes underneath of course). He was VERY inspired by Basquiat. Also, he had yellow nail polish on all the time. That was inspired by Cat Power.

It's amazing, Jagger is the only rocker who can wear women's clothes and not be laughed off the stage. It's hard to imagine Roger Daltrey coming on stage in a skirt!
