Anyone Had a Refund from TicketNet for Paris?
Posted by: SimonN ()

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has had a refund from TicketNet for 'Paris 2' yet?

Maybe I am too eager but I did return my tickets pretty quickly with credit

card details (and made a

photocopy too,just in case!).

Roll on Berlin (thanks to RockfireXXL) and Amsterdam!

All the best,

Si.

Sent tickets back for Paris 1 registered mail from United States on June 2. Have heard nothing. Monday will try to track through post office to confirm delivery and then will be emailing TicketNet regarding status of refund.

Hi All,

Thanks for the repiles.

I'll leave it 5 days or so and then e-mail TicketNet-after all a straight

refund isn't a complicated process,is it?

Cheers,

Si.

I did not get any refund up to now. Ticketnet told me when I bought my new ticktes that it would take them 4 weeks to be credited. Now I know what they told me was...

Hi there,

For ticketnet refunds what they do is wait until they receive loads of tickets then send out loads of refunds so you will probably wait about 3-4 weeks but dont worry you will get your refund no problem.

I bought tickets through ebay for the eminem concert last year and it was cancelled but even I got a refund through ticketnet.

Hope this helps you wait !

checks are lousy, you loose money on them... again

why can't they just refund on your bank account or creditcard?

Hi All,

I can't even get an e-mail through to TicketNet to see if they have received the 2 tickets I sent two weeks ago, secure post.

Anybody have a direct e-mail address for them?

Cheers,

Si.

The thing is that in french banking system there is no direct charge when you want to cash in your check. The banks recover thru the value dates system and the lag in-between the issuance and the cash-in. It's antics.

I sent back two tickets to get refunded.

Today I received a refund check for only one ticket.

It's gonna be a struggle to get refunded for the 2nd one.

Marclaff. Are you from France or did you get a refund as a foreign customer? Was it by check or by credit card?

They even called me in Switzerland regarding my credit card. Finally they would not credit to Mastercard. But they said on the phone that they will credit it to Amexco. I will see.

They may have refunded the original buyer. Ticketnet general sales conditions do not forbid trade or resale up to face value.

I bought both of my tickets to ticketnet.

They only refunded one. there was no letter so no explanation.

It's quite inacceptable !
