RS.com fan club membership

I subscribed a RS.COM platinium fan club membership to buy tickets for the Barcelona show. Our tickets will be refunded but do you know how to get the platinium fan club membership refunded ?

Email staff@rollingstones.com . Explain the situation and they will address it. Be advised it may take longer than usual due to the recent events and a larger number of these issues they are handling.

Write them that you can´t go in 2007 and that
your presale code was gone for that show.
I did and they wrote me an email that I was
refunded a day ago.

your presale code was gone for that show.
