What's Up With Frankfurt?

I just received my email from Getgo. If I want to I can order tix for any other German concert at face value minus €20.00 per ticket and have until June 15th to do so (this is, if I can't make the Frankfurt date). Isn't this a bit stupid? I mean, I don't even know when the Frankfurt show is going to take place and they're already telling me I have to make a decision?
Oh well, I thought of maybe taking advantage of the €20.00 rebate, buying tickets for Cologne and keeping the Frankfurt tickets anyways.
Has anyone else thought of this? Anybody? Bueller?

I woulda thunk 
that the 20€ rebate only applies when you buy another ticket at an availible city AND give back the Frankfurt tix.
i don't think you can have both - but i hope I'm wrong.
