People who have ordered through the VIP ticket office (Rolling Stones ticket office) were first asked to wait for the new date before asking for a refund.
HOWEVER, yesterday the VIP office sent out faxes saying the show was cancelled and that everbody will be refunded.

It could of course also mean postponed till 2007 but i doubt it !

I don't think there will be any show in 2007! I owuld be very surprised. I thought Charlie wanted to stop the tour after December this year.

I don't understand why they don't take the tour deeper into September and just make up a lot of these shows. Barcelona, Madrid, Athens, Croatia, Serbia, etc. The weather will still be fine...rediculous IMHO......

I believe they only said December of this year because that was when this long world tour was scheduled to end.I doubt that he would throw in the towel during the middle of a tour and refuse to make up a relatively small number of postponed shows because of some artificial deadline.Plus,it was only long world tours he was ruling out after this one.He never said that he wouldn't do short tours like the '07 tour would figure to be.

Rumor has it that they already had reserved venues in the U.S. for the fall.

This will be a tour in 2007, even if Charly say such thing, since we are down a specific conditions...... and really, I¨m tired of listen what Charly talk about quit on 2007.... Yes, I listened this rumours some months ago, but I listen too some rumour about Charly saying this wasn´t truth in an interview... saying sonmething how.. "I see more tours..." or something so... Why everybody remember what he go to quit and don´t remeber he talk about more tours??

The Rolling Stones' concerts in Barcelona and Madrid which were going to take place at 27 and 29 of May, respectively, has been posponed until the next year.

The promotor of the concert in Spain has informed us that the European tour has been restructured and that the concerts will carry out in 2007. The new dates have not been established yet.

The tickets' price would be automatically refund through payment of the sum in the account which you have made the purchase.

The postponement circumstances are devoid of ServiCaixa.

Has anyone actually had a refund for their tickets yet? As I understand we just sit tight and they'll refund us within 15 days?

This time it´s the first time he toured with
throat cancer, therefore it´s another thing.

I think he will quit after this year.

You can think what you will but at least that's the receipt for high ticket prices. The accident is just welcomed to cancel shows and to melt 2 shows (Amsterdam, Paris) to just one where all tickets are still valid for one show without losing their face!

And I'm still running after my money for the cancelled shows. And I only get half of the money of service charges back. As they took up to 20 Euro it's still a good deal for some! I'm fed up!

We've renamed it The RIP OFF ASYLUM now. They're professional scalpers, blessed by the Rolling Stones Organisation and any other organisation. They get tickets first. Sometimes - not even the best tickets, but they sell them really expensive.

I simply asked Chrissie because there is a BIG difference between the VIP ticket office (Rolling Stones ticket office) and the VIP Travel Centre (rollingstones.fanasylum.com)
