What a exitement....what a outlaw tour!!!The first tour I can remember..How many boots?..I was so glad on Hot Stuff thee was Frankfurt I had it on Lpbut it was AR...what ya think of the 76tour?
For me tour'75 and '76 was great, and "Black and Blue" LP/CD after 30 years now the sound is fantastic like "Crystal" what ever I'll never forget when this LP came out !
the wheel's were coming off for KR and the injection of B&B songs really lowered the level for this tour. Not saying there weren't good moments, but overall it has to rank as their worst tour of the 70's by a fair margin....
Hey, my whole fanbeing started in 1976,sitting in our backyard listening to the Zuiderparkshow 29/30 May 100 meters away, I was 10 yo, never forget it,hearing Mick echoing the neighbourhood: R u ALLright...

Hand Of Fate & Hot Stuff really worked, I think. But you are right....1976 was good, but it's not as the other tours of the 70s. It's like comparing silver towards diamonds.
the 76 shows i have (not many, it's true) are mighty mighty fine - i go back to them more than to the 75 shows. maybe it's the Black & Blue set i dig more - 75 is very hot too, but 76 got sssoul.
The same tour..done very differently...the hand of fate..every night!!I believe Robin Trower and the Meters did the support. We got London ...Paris...Frankfurt..Knebworth..even Glasgow..was on boot..Now I think more will see the light of the day..lke I said Istill have those AR recordings And I stilllke them ..utI fI listen now too Frankfurt^76 its amazing..I really tink thistour is underrated.

Mick's voice is shot in Lyon. They played Zagreb, is that the same as Sarajevo? I've completely lost track of the Yugoslavian geography, after the war 15 years ago. Nobody recorded the shows in Zagreb...apart from one song that was sent on the radio/TV or something like that.

I think Zagreb is Kroatia...I think we can say there are not many boots..there are tapes I have some..Even from outside the stadium..and you can hear the Harleys of the Angels..roaring in the background.
Way out cool pictures!!!Thanks Rockman....This was a extremely hot summer.solots of white clothes...They neverdid Memory motel wich is sad cause itsone of their best.
I saw two shows in '75, but none in '76. Based on the boots, I think I like the live versions of the Black and Blue songs better than the studio. No one's mentioned Hey Negrita yet...I think it was great live...most days...
