I will buy it. That is a start. If you like Garth Brooks or Macca better then feel free to spend your money differently.

Rock on BV.... noticed the ol thread editings tightening up.....

I think people who post negative and meaningless i.e. do not add anything intersting should shut up or stay away. Like I don't walk up to people in the street and say: "I don't like your face". It is rude and it is a sign of bad manners. And if the Stones release two or three previously unavailable tracks then any Stones fan would be interested in these, except those who have stolen them on internet through illegal copying of course. It is nice to have the original. If you are a collector. Or if you simply want to listen to the songs.

come on bv. that's not fair at all. i never participated to any of these macca threads. i'm a big fan. take into account that this cd aimes at a very small market of maxi cd's. esp. here in germany. they know that only the hard core fans are likely to buy it. so why aren't they putting something real interesting as the b- side? the cover is also of no value,imo. i know you're a little upset these days but don't judge to tough, please.

I'll be happy to buy it as an import. I enjoyed the Super Bowl performance and two live bonus tracks are a nice incentive. I already have the two non-album bonus tracks on the Special Edition so its nice they pulled out something different.

2 live songs? That's not bad! I'll buy it.
You wouldn't expect an unreleased outtake (either from the 70s or from 2005) on a CD-single? That would make you irritated for not releasing a whole album with those kind of things.
I wish they included Rough Justice too, but apart from that....it's good fillers.

A picture vinyl! That would even get me going. How cool isn't that 2006?

The single is being released on Charlie's 65th birthday. Perhaps he'll get a free copy from Virgin.

I also wish they included Rough Justice live

I'll buy it. They were hot at the SB, and there probably aren't (m)any more ABB outtakes, completed and mixed. It's just a single, and they know it won't sell much.

So there are at least five men who are gong to buy the new single. Yeeeeeeaaaah

This beats having the album version of Rough Justice as a b-side.

Or the dub,dance,disco,dust brothers etc. versions!!!

Two warhorses as b-sides, but at least is something different to the silly remixes.

Yeah, but it was strange that they didn't include the SuperBowl Rough Justice. That would be more suitable than the other 2 songs.

You're right. Would have made more sense. Why leave off one song from a three songs gig?

I've seen Stones singles at Best Buy but,not that many & not very often.They had the Sympathy For The Devil Remix cd.Newbury Comics always has any current Stones cd single but,I believe that they only have stores in the northeast part of the U.S. and it takes them a couple of weeks after the release date (for imports) to get them in.
