it shouldn't be that hard to get strato. If its not in a store just order it on Amazon.com.

Melillo, I dont agree with your thoery. Its just how the song came about. In the creative process, thats just how it happens some times. I dont think it means bill was a wuss.

Interesting. Thats a new one on me, I must admit.

However, by coincidence both songs were recorded in the same week, so that wouldnt suggest he knew much about the Beatles song before hearing the Stones cut.

The Stones sessions took place from 4-10 June 1968 at Olympic.

The Beatles recorded the "White Album" version of 'Revolution' at Abbey Road on 30-31 May, 4 & 21st June. They recorded the 'single' version from 9-12 July.

I don't see Bill Wyman playing the percussion at all as a slight to him. It shows how the Stones USED to work it all out in the studio. Them selves. They adapted however they had to. It obviously was not happening the other way. What is amazung is the difference in the two sessions. I wish we were ab;e tosee the actual transformation. We come close but there is a big hole. When and how does Keith pick up the Bass? When does Charlie start playing that rhythm? That rim thing? Rocky comes in, Nicky chnages up. Jagger sings it differently. Someone writes the "ooh ooh" part.

"...no longer shall you trudge 'cross my peaceful mind."
