She's actually a pretty decent drummer these days (in a primitive sort of way). And according to the Stripes' unauthorized bio, Meg is 100% real, no silicone involved smiling smiley

I cant remeber Charlie even saying it had to be small venues.
He only said no more world tours, this leave a lot of room for interpretation.

It would make sense that they would only do 6 weeks in 6 citys then break for 2 or 3 months and do another 6 weeks in 6 citys and call it a tour.
Do mainly big places with a few smaller gigs.
IE in New York they would do 4 shows at MSG and 1 at Radio City in one week.
Chicago would have 3 or 4 big stadium shows and one arena gig.
same in a few big cities.

Say they did this like
NY
Boston
Chicago
Atlanta
LA
Vegas

thats it, multiple shows in every city and if you want to see the Stones, you go. None of these places are close to me and I am not rich BUT I will find a way to see at least one show... CUZ I LUVS ME SOME STONES

and I am not alone.
play the gigs and we will come.

PLUS, its always more fun to really travel, spend all your money and get a room and get loaded... play rock star with your wife or girlfriend (or both) all in the name of the Rolling Stones.

Rock-n-Roll is my religion and The Stones are its greatest profits... I will travel and spend to go to my church.

Charlies style and technique of drumming is unique to the Stones sound - he gives his own signature and 'feel' which is essential, like no other drummer could ever do.
Of course another drummer could play the songs, but I dread to think how they would sound.

If you think they would replace Charlie with some studio drummer then you are not really a Stones fan and you don't understand this band and Mick and Keith, how they think, how they work, and how their ethics are. It will never ever happen.

I am with Gazza...no Charlie, no Stones.

I would pay to see Keith solo, Ronnie solo, Mick solo but the Rolling Stones without Charlie....NEVER!

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BE!!!!
