I just heard Wembley 25/6/82. Most energetic stones boot I heard in a long time, despite poor sound qulaity. I was there and I'd forgotten how good they were that day. its every bit as full on and tight as hampton IMHO

Stageoutfits in 82 ?

What outfits?....the 82 stage was so simple..no light show..no special effects...just a large stage with a lot of space for the band to move on...and as 90 percent of the gigs took place in daylight, your focus was the band only.
There were no screens at all.....the Stones were like ants for more than 70 % of the crowd.
Some say it was the best to perform this spartanic way....some say this was the worst the stones could have done.

To me it was my first Stones gig ever...so MY focus was the band only.
