Muddy

Check out the footage of him on youtube...that voice, that delivery, that presence.

And at the isk of repeating an earlier post, if you want to hear a great song about the loss of great musicians, check out Peter Wolf's "A Lot Of Good One Gone." I wish I could post it...

Baboon Bro! Thanks for the photos of lee marvin. Saw a interview with Jim Jarmarsh the director(Broken Flowers), he mention being part of the Lee Marvin look-a-like club. Can't remember who-else was in it, maybe Tom Waites. Anyway, He was the coolest! Still enjoy his movies. Loved him and Brando together in the classic,"The Wild Ones."

Baboon Bro! Jim Jarmusch is the correct spelling. As a joke he stated during an interview, that he was part of a semi-secret society called "Sons of Lee Marvin." He also stated that Tom Waits, a singer, was also a member. He has retracted this since Lee Marvin's real son complained. Interesting story.

that guy from the b52s - ricky wilson.
died of aids i think.
pigpen of the grateful dead.
had his liver shot of alcohol abuse at
an early age (27?).
in those days they used to die when 27...
sandy denny had a great voice indeed.
phil lynott, the rocker...
most of his organs shot by alcohol and
heavy drug abuse.
helno of french band negresses vertes.
o d.
eric carr of kiss.cancer.
(eric was sonjas choice, i never was a
huge kiss admirer)
herman brood was mentioned yet too, but
i liked him very much.
he lived that "true rock'n roll image".
ferdinand karmelk, played in hermans band
for a while. aids.
duane allmann.
danny whitten of crazy horse.
the needle and the damage done...
falco from austria (might be known for
his "rock me amadeus" song), mentioned
that snow that was involved in his premature
death various times in his songs.
malcom owen, singer with the ruts.o d.
he was 26.

Yeah, Kienan; I read about that weird society.
Cant say neither of them are so similar too Oool' Lee, though.
Actually my best friends dad, a carpenter, looked very much that way...
Reckon my ol' pal, now 42, also look slt.

Hey!We could exchange Lee Marvin-pix...smiling smiley ? I have some more, but since
the Wardenin' Angels on the site complains about every post
that has not dates, venues or guitar brands in'em, we could
take it thru pm's.
