As i said my wife loves it. She can go to bed with all four of the boys at the same time. I think no one managed this so far. ;-)))

The flames are a part of a tattoo of one of my other favourit bands "The Stray Cats".

Hi Roadster, I like the Stray Cats a lot too. I was listening to their greatest hits last week, and the song I kept repeating was "I won't stand in your way" (at least that's what I think it's called). It's a nice slow number, but I just like Brian's voice on it so much.

Brian is great in concert. I saw him when he toured for his first solo album, The Knife Feels Like Justice. I used to really like that album. Ever listen to it?

Yeah, i know nearly all of them. We saw the Stray Cats in 2004 in Munich.

Last Year Brian was on tour promoting "Rockabilly Riot Vol. 1. We saw him in Munich, Zurich and Glasgow.

They and he are one of the best live acts.

I agree! I saw the SCs a few times in the 90s and they are just so much fun to see live. Watching Brian play is amazing, he's very talented.

Tattoos are SUPER HOT, but they must be the right tattoo on the right person. Too many people get them because it's cool or whatever. It has to be personal and meaningful. It's an image thing. I agree with Miss U that they can be repulsive and/orr ridiculous on the wrong people. But when the right people have them....it can be superfine, very enticing, and incredibly beautiful to view.

I recently got a Rolling Stones tattoo errrr...somewhere in the front location, and no I didn't have the words 40 LICKS emblazened anywhere around it, although that is very clever in a super tacky white trash kinda way. I did it because of my ongoing and increasing appreciation of the band and the music of which both I am just beginning to understand.

I also plan to have a few more done as time progresses. I don't know if I should get the "tramp stamp" though. My friends in New York call any tattoo on the lower back a "tramp stamp" and have designated these women as an "easy target". I don't necessarily agree with that, I'm just relaying the comment. I've seen some pretty impressive lower back tattoos on both women and men. I also know some very talented tattoo artists who make some serious bank.

I think I just answered this in another thread - I got the tongue on my shoulderblade when I was 18 in Montreal in 1992 (a non-Stones year). My friends said 'you're not gonna be a fan forever'. 15 years later... yup. Still a fan.

Is this the freak who used to show off at the Hippodrome in London in the mid 80s??? He was sometimes totally nude... But I was drunk most of the time and didn't really mind. There were a lot og strange creeps walking around the place.

No, and I never would tatoo me, although the Stones instigated their fans in 1981.
