Got mine in about 5 minutes but that was earlier today.
I have had a break in connection a couple of times in the last 30 mins but I got it back.

You have to have channel 40 or, as they say, channel 6 will do too.

Channels 6 - the 60's one, or 40 - Deep tracks is what you should be logged into.
