Saint Of Me is arguably their best song post '83.

A case could be made that You Got Me Rockin' is one of their worst over that same timespan.

Well I agree SOM is arguably their best track since '83 but YGMR is great guitars, great riffs, great beat, screaming kick arse vox, with great throaway lyrics - like most great rnr songs.

SOM for mine but it's a close call.

I was until they played it to DEATH for 12 years now! If I heard it every third show instead of every show I would probably not cringe like I do when they play it now.

I agree with your point JJ overplayed these tours. Similar to me for Miss You. Grown to dislike not because of tune itself, just played to death live over the years. Miss You seems very "tired". Believe it or not getting quite tired of YCAGWW too. If I could pull one real warhrse for removal it'd be Can't always get what want but thats a different topic. Back to this thread. Yes good song YGMR but lets put a hold on it live for foreseeable future! & Miss You!!!!! MEZ

I think YGMR is very underrated as a live tune. Yes, they play it all the time. But it does get the audience moving everytime. You have to admit it is a rocker even if it isn't your among your favorites. Saint is good too but less visceral.
Out of Control better than Saint as a live song.

YGMR blows ass. period. I will not tolerate any further discussion.

I think Saint of Me is a great live tune, but rather boring on CD.
You Got Me Rocking on the other hand, is a song I like both in concert and on my stereo.

So my choice would definitely be -

You Got Me Rocking.

SOM is an all-time classic that gets lost on a bad album that had limited appeal beyond the hard core fans. YGMR is one of the worst ever and its a disgrace its a setlist regular

i like these two songs, but i think ygmr is better in concert than som

You Got me Rocking all the ay. SOM becomes stale after many listens, whereas YGMR doesn't.

Saint of Me was awesome on B2B tour!!!!!

I like YGMR but i'm to getting tired of it live. It does get the crowd going pretty quickly in the song but Saint of Me worked better live in Europe. In holland everybody kept singing when th song was over. Remeber Bremen '98? The band started playing with ther Out of Control guitars because the crowd kept singing the Oh Yeah. Great little jam!
