Robyn Roberts Superbowl interview of Mick Jagger

Robyn Roberts of ABC News began here interview of Mick Jagger with this: "My colleagues tell me this is an honor and a privilege." Her colleagues? She was very polite to Jagger, but I've heard black journalist in the past when speaking about white rock 'n' rollers...speak in a dismissive tone. Michael Wilbon said again this morning on the Sports Reporters Detroit and Nashville do not have to IMPORT music for entertainment. My thesis is it has nothing to do with importation, only the color of their skin.

Chalk it up to ignorance and that some people, even "professionals", simply do not know how to act. Many people are completely unaware of the Stones' influence on music and culture. As far as your comment about the reverse racism, that is the most undiscussed topic in America today, yet it is prevalent in so many areas. Uh huh, that's right. Truly pitiful.

Mick knows at least as much about sports as she knows about music! That said, the Stones have always acknowledged their heroes of all races.

If they wanted Detroit talent they should have gotten Ted Nugent or Bob Segar.

Screw these pseudo-journalists, most of the Stones' (black) heroes & peers have made their respect quite evident.

Robyn Roberts is a dyke and no one really cares what she thinks or has to say anyways.

I like Mick's answer to the first question that if he has always wanted to perform in Super Bowl: "Not really".
