I bought a ticket a few weeks ago. I got my mail confirmation. A6 row 13 seat 3. Everything ok.

But last week I tried to ask them something. But they could not "find" my reservation. And they told me they sold tickets in rows, they don't have a contingent. A mistake. They gave me another seat A6 row 16 seat 10. But I'm very angry now. What if I did not ask them something?

This is what they told me:
"The original seat you were offered, i.e. seat 13.3 in Block A6 should never have been valid, we are not selling for seats in this row. I can only offer my apologies here."


So I recommend to ask for a second confirmation if one of you bought there as well. I don't want panic here.. but this makes me not very confindent at all. I still have no confirmation for the other offered seat. As I have to travel from Switzerland, I have to collect the ticket at the stadium. With a wrong confirmation?? But its clear if someone here has row 13 tickets as well, I would ask them immediately.

I should have recieved my paris tickets this morning and was told to get in touch with the ticket distributors if i had not recieved them by wednesday.

I left before the morning post this morning so there is a chance <hopefully> that they might be there.

Have got in touch, but guess what no response as yet!!!

But do i look worried thou?
