Anyone noticed (about 50 million people probably) this fiasco going on at the tickets page on rs.com, what with "buy tickets" being up for the few remaining European shows, and "presale ended" being up when there has never even been a sodding presale ?

Well for an organisation that readily takes $100 a pop from you, seems to take an awful lot of time in giving it back to you at "refund time", and generally seems to give you very little in return for a quite a lot of your dough - this present scenario is to my mind exhibiting a level of incompetence that is positively breathtaking in its scope. It's also - taking the piss IMHO !!

Get a grip - you bloody idiots out there !!!!

I've been to the site for so long and found nothing more than
a very very unfunctioning one.
And after reading all the threads here about troubles and disappointed
members, I must say that Mr Jagger and Co must surely be concerned about
this fact.

The whole idea of that web site is becoming a joke!

Anyway it was easy enough to get tics from local salesorganisations, at least in Sweden. I qued for twwo hours in my hometown and then it took me 5 mins to get 6 tics. And I was able to choose where I wanted to be. Some sections were limited but as I always want to be somewhere between the main and the b stage it was no problem.

My conclusion is that one should ignore the official web site and keep on visiting the more unofficial ones. Lots of more fun here! And no censorship on these sites!

Has anybody sent an e-mail to rs.com to find out, why they don't update the homepage?

yes, i asked for a refund for a membership almost 2 months ago and they are completely blowing me off - i've involved my credit card company now to help me get it back!

i e-mailed them about the whereabouts of my dvd and poster. three weeks ago! no response from those a-holes.

I just received a poster about a week back. No dvd yet! I've only heard luke-warm things about the dvd, so I'm not holding my breath on it, and the poster was, well, probably not something I'll display in the living room.

Same here, poster arrived the other day but no dvd.

I got 3 dvd's but no poster.

I got two posters last week and the DVD about 4 weeks ago.
