Do you think they use AI to get music ideas? I mean they had writer's block for decades, and all of a sudden they're putting out album after album.
Please explain when they had "writer's block" and why would they use AI "to get music ideas"?
Do you know who The Rolling Stones are?
You consider 2023 and 2026 "all of the sudden" for "album after album"?
What a Terrible Maps kind of read.
Well, I mean we thought new album in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, then we got a blues cover album because they hit that brick wall, etc. Nothing came out for years.
i mean mick showed up to the hackney diamond sessions with a hundred plus demos
would seem he didn't have writers block
I think the 18 years prior to meeting up with Andrew Watt might be considered writers block. 18 years between Stones albums is a long time don't you think.

i mean if mick can come up with a hundred demos and keith can create and write songs of the caliber found on crosseyed heart in that time frame it doesn't really seem like writers block

sure but they didn't really start sessions for a new album until what 2015 ten years after abb
seems like they just weren't really interested in making a new album for a long time
then when they did mick and keith couldn't agree on what direction to take it perhaps evidenced by keith rejecting england lost/gotta get a grip

Gotta Get A Grip and England Lost were truly forgettable. Good thing we didn’t get an album of that dreck.

Digital and streaming tomorrow
You guys probably think I'm stupid, but what does George mean by “streaming tomorrow”?
Tidal, Spotify and so on
So that doesn't mean there's a new song to listen to today. Sorry I'm not keeping up with the times.
By 5 PM today (British time) you can listen to the new single.

I’ve just heard new song called In The Stars. It’s typical midtempo Jagger’s song. Sad to say it but it’s just avarage and Keitha chords make it Stones song. I’m not great Andrew Watt production fan. It overproduced and too polished for me. B side would be rough and twisted

Agreed. They are embarassing.
I just gave those two a listen to remind myself.
Honestly, anyone doubting Andrew Watt's contribution/worth, need to listen to them again. If that was the path they were on, then Andrew truly worked miracles.
