This wasn’t clear, but the single looks to be called Jealousy.
Never disliked this album cover or agreed with the heavy criticism of the music. However, it's not one of my favorites either.
Eh... some called the Grrr cover that too.

Actually the band had nothing to do w/ the Rolled Gold release. It was all record company driven.
If the single will be called "Foreign Tongues" it would be possible. But I think and hope it'll be an album. The artwork is too good and probably too eypensive for a single release

I think tasteless/disgusting could apply to Sticky Fingers, which is my favorite album. If Foreign Tongues meets this level of genius than maybe I will understand the artwork better. But at this point I'm not impressed. The only album cover I don't find interesting or beautiful is Hackney Diamonds.

I think its obvious that Mick (and maybe the rest) really likes that ugly/tacky style. Ugly on purpose = attitude = attention. It works. But they are often a bit soft on album covers and leave the real tacky shit for singles. Like these ones:

If you hate this brilliant introspective piece for the cover then just stop saying your a fan…excited that they’d go in this direction…we can only hope they deliver an album worthy of this art piece….anticipating a great release

If you actually don't like this album cover because it's weird, then you don't quite understand The Rolling Stones and what they're all about. I'm sure many of you would have been disgusted by such album artworks like BEGGARS BANQUET or STICKY FINGERS when they first came out. Even EXILE was weird. The Stones don't do things to please the critics. I love this new album cover. Probably the weirdest since UNDERCOVER. I liked HACKNEY DIAMONDS' cover but FOREIGN TONGUES might be my favorite cover since UNDERCOVER.

GREAT art for Foreign Tongues! Love it. Definitely best art since Tattoo You as someone else said...and a million times better than the artwork for Hackney Diamonds which still strikes me as something you'd see at a state fair or a high school art fair.
