Good to know the band didn’t completely omit us up here in New Hampshire. I had previously posted here on IORR “Stones to fans in New England: DROP DEAD!” But still, omitting record stores in Boston or Cambridge? Or omitting Keene by coordinates? This marketing campaign was Mickey Mouse. Just my 2 cent.

Having been to a few of the RSD stores in Perth chasing some records, none of them got The Cockroaches single. Two of the 3 stories knew all about it and were hoping, but alas.

What is the purpose of publishing the El Mocambo poster on the website six days after the single’s release?

With the El Mocambo poster, there’s a big chunk of space on the right hand side of the wall… space to put a matching poster for a 2026 secret gig?

Seems now the campaign is going to nowhere .....

That mocambo poster is just to generate sales of that live album for anyone who’s found the website 3 Weeks later having suddenly heard some buzz about Cockroaches

I’m starting to think the El Mocambo poster is just meant to connect The Cockroaches with the Stones, so we can finally (thank you!) figure out who’s really behind it all and playing on that mysterious, exclusive vinyl. Otherwise, we might’ve thought it was just some new young guys with a 60s vibe.

I hope this isn't the best to come from the new album.

Well all we know for sure is that it didn't make the cut for "Hackney Diamonds" since Ben Waters recorded his part in early 2023. Could just have been because it didn't fit in with the rest of the album though.

I completely agree with and endorse this comment. I truly hope the album is better than this.

So it starts like a rolling stones song, becomes a jagger song and ends like it started.
