Cockroaches moniker makes me wonder about a club show. However, unless completely clandestine, no rehearsals. They are not thought to be together. No rehearsals, no gig. I’ve tried to get a heads up on rehearsals and again none.
I think it’s Mr. Charm single release and album announcement.

This whole Cockroaches thing is a great strategy to grab the attention of fans and many media outlets that jump on any bandwagon. The reality is that the album and the first single will be announced on Saturday, but there are no plans for shows at the moment, just a few interviews scheduled, but nothing more than that.
Additionally, there are some listening sessions for the new album scheduled for today and tomorrow at various venues for people in the industry.

I'd just make a quick (bit sad) guess:
Original plan was 20 date tour start in early May, like May 10/11, rehearsal start around this week right now (yesterday), and a secret gig Fri 17th April, that's two weeks of rehearsals already underway and enough for a 12 song gig with a few new songs. Everyone with a T-Shirt was supposed to get a ticket. Show was planned to be billed as a Cockroaches show. This may have been the plan before December 2025. And now that the tour got called off they are doing a mini version with maybe a few interviews or something. Would have been an amazing way to do a warm up show for a european tour and to generate a lot of hype.

Ya know, it would have been a nice gesture to do a listening session for the real fans who really care about the music.

So basically they canceled the tour, but forgot to cancel the marketing team as well, and now they have to make something of it...

‘Big three’ in London per Matt Lee on Shidoobee Facebook.
Presumably for event launch only (at best) given recent comments above from Georgelicks. Which begs the question, again, where will the launch be

Matt Lee added: "Yes, they are not in London, it is a single release… probably their best marketing in years but sadly I fear most will be disappointed. It’s great they are releasing new music though".

As I understand it, Matt Lee says not all the boys are in London. I believe the original conversation was the cause of the confusion; I'm pasting it below for context:
Rod Banister: Do we know if the big three are in London?
Matt Lee: Yes
Rod Banister: Matt Lee Any rumours of rehearsals?
Matt Lee: Yes, they are not in London, it is a single release... probably their best marketing in years but sadly I fear most will be disappointed. It's great they are releasing new music though

If it be like described above - a single release without shows, despite the marketing has been prepared for more, a question remains why Keith does not want to play shows this time ....

So in perspective, Matt Lee is saying all three are not in London, there will be disappointment Cockroaches does not mean live gig and great that we are getting new music. Insight from Matt is the best! Take it to the bank.
Awesome to be getting a new song Saturday and new album soon!
