Every morning I am feeling humble looking at my t-shirt resting on Keith's holy head

Yes My fellow Iorrians!

The t-shirt of yours truly Max was laying on top of Keith's head on the 25th of October 2017.
To meet God and shake his hand on the 6th of August 2007 was equally humbling.

Anyone else got some beautiful stories?

Long live The Rolling Stones!

Riding the elevator with Theo and Alexandra in Beijing, Keith standing outside the door was quite a shock.

Nothing outstanding, but it made my morning when Charlie Watts and I ended up in the same space as his tour of Hitsville in Detroit was ending and mine was beginning.. We made eye contact and I def wanted to say hello, but he was listening to his tour guide so I walked on.

My friend was Mick’s driver for a film project he was producing and he told me some of the stories from hanging with him, so two degrees of separation?

For what’s it worth, meeting Bobby Keys in a Manchester hotel after a concert in the city.

Really nice guy.

My first and only time in the pit was in Paris. I put both my hands to my mouth and blew Keith a double kiss. He did the same thing right back to me.

Meeting Ronnie at a book signing, and my friend gave him a set of beautiful photos he took of him during his Detroit show with Bo Diddley, and I asked him to sign my Stones bootleg, Lacerated, and his face lit up and Ronnie said, "oh, wow mate, this isn't a Stones album I know...this'll be worth something!" and he was laughing.

Another great memory is when I was living in Singapore and saw both Stones shows, and a week later, the tour in Asia was cancelled due to SARS. I was walking home from the gym and was cutting through an outdoor bar and saw Bernard sitting with a beautiful Singapore woman. I was literally listening to Slide on This Live!! I stopped and doubled back and said, "Hey Bernard! Dude, you are an amazing vocalist! I am listening to you singing Flying right now!!! On Slide on This Live!! Thanks for your gift to us, Stones fans!" I turned and started walking away and he shouted, "Hey man, who are you! What's your name?" I stopped and said, "I'm nobody important, just a Stones freak..." and kept walking.

At the second Singapore show, I was sitting front row, and in front of me on the other side of the barrier were several Stones kids dancing. During Throuh and Through, Keith crouched down and flicked his pic at me. But it fell short and was on the other side of the barrier. Well, Leah Wood picked up the pic, turned smiling, and dropped it in the palm of my hand!

Philly, 2002, the stadium show. Sixth row, Keith's side. After IORR he swung his arm and sent his pick a-flying. In one of those classic, super-slo-motion cartoon sequences, the pick bounced from hand to hand to hand -- then past my hand, down, down, down until it landed on the surface of my seat (of course we'd all been standing!). I slammed my open palm down on it, followed by half a dozen other palms on top of mine, like that kids' card game 'Slap Jack'. "I'LL GIVE YOU $100 FOR THAT PICK!" screamed the woman next to me. I still have it, along with a press photog's image of Keith, snapped during IORR, that shows him holding that very pick.

Washington DC 02/10, 1993, Georgetown Four Seasons hotel. Outside Keith"s SUV is parked in front of the hotel entrance. First Patti and the 2 young girls get inside the car. We are 10 fans waiting few yards from the car. Keith comes out of the hotel wearing a great leopard jacket and shades. The door's car slide opens for Keith. A couple of the fans are now very close to the car(I stay away starstruck). Keith is stepping one foot in the car when a fan, holding a photo and a pen, says "Keith you promise me" Keith instantly turns now facing the dude; he grabs the pen, he signs the picture and he says "I always keep my promises, son!" Then he enters the car and goes toward Constitution Hall to execute a fabulous show. Pure Keith in the flesh, not scripted. Still remember it to this day.

Spent a night at Keith's family bungalow next to Redlands. Anita spent the last months of her life there. Theo and family had just been there prior to me. It was surreal.

I know some people that know Keith.

They say he smells like a camp fire.

That was a few years ago.

Haven't heard anything lately.
