There are many Stones museums around, even in my home town Asker. A friend of mine has a museum open every Saturday, free entrance, with merchandise he has been collecting over 50 or so years, like me.

Who else knew that Warhol helped create the tongue? - sigh!

Neither my formal, nor informal education - for what they are worth - included guidance as to how to hugely express IRONY when it's needed.

For the record, I do know what Warhol did for the album cover, I do know that it's not Mick or Andy behind the zipper, I do know that the least awful way to store the album is with the zipper down (shock horror) and I know that there's perpetual 'discussion' here about the design of the Tongue Logo. I was expressing my usual contempt for inaccurate journalism. Perhaps I should have put it another way. A "sigh!" is clearly no longer sufficient for some.

I fully understood that this was meant ironically – but as John Pasche said, many people indeed thought for years that Andy Warhol had also designed the logo. And there're still people/journalists who think that the Rolling Stones are an American band.

The show and the whole weekend was fabulous. At least 30 RS fans there that Ive previously met on my travels around the world and you would all know some of them. The concert was professionally filmed with about 7 cameras for local TV and no doubt will eventually end up on YouTube. Only 3 RS songs, HTW, WH and Satisfaction. Chanel debuted one of her new songs. We got some Tina and even a Bob Seger track amongst others.

The museum is excellent and in many ways is better than exhibitionism - much smaller but very intense and assembled with love and passion. No RS fan left disappointed. Hats off to Gentry!!

There are lots of photos of the event, museum and fans on Facebook... dont be scared of it...

If you plan to motor south... check.it out!

She had the Muscle Shoals sessions right anyway (Dec-69) but I didnae understand what went wrong in 1962? Fame recorded there? Who? Georgie?
