RS Bootlegs - Sound Quality

Anyone else have great success (like me) with using an old school multi-band graphic equalizer to enhance RS live bootleg sound quality? I have a 10 band per L&R channel equalizer and it works really well when playing lps and cds, etc. My equipment has a level meter for each band and it makes fine tuning of each frequency visually easy. With a little practice over the years I've learned how to tweak the levels and make some really lousy boots sound much better.

I realize this can be done on computers more easily, but I enjoy the "old school" ways of my old school hifi set-up. And custom tuning the sound to my listening room.

I welcome comments and tips!!
