Hard to beat Voodoo Brew and Voodoo Stew box sets.
Atlantic City 3 cd box on Swinging Pig is pretty awesome. And an honoury mention for The Black Box 3 disc box on Yellow Dog.
When talking about the 1973 tour, the Berlin show is one of the bestQuote

Correct Justin, the 1973 tour (Europe leg) is the best sound avaible Stone in a live concert, mucha clear (specially in the drum and bass), with more unity and cohesion (specially between Keith and M.Taylor, and both with Charlie and Bill), and with more energy and explosion than the sound of the STP tour of 1972 as Its a real pity that there is no avaible more concerts release officially that the Brussels Affair (shows without Bobby Keys). The Empire Pool London and City Hall Newcastle and Essen shows are trully great (shows with Bobby Keys), these period was the best period of all entire Stone history live performances by far..
The only little complaint is that some times (noticiable on Gimme Shelter as example) there is an abuse in rhe sound of sinthetizers by Billy Preston (worst is on the mocambo shows of 1977), I prefer the best rock and roll piano in the history Nicky Hopckins.
My second choice is the 1971 tour that has an incredible sound too (not rich as the 1973 european tour sound but great), the Stones sound tight too with Nicky Hopckins and Bobby Keys at their best, its a pitty that there are only the Marquee, Leeds and some songs of the Roundhouse show officially..
But my number one is the bootleg-THE BRUSSEL AFFAIR-
