Tour start in April? So the kick-off might be in Southern Europe due to warmer weather like they planned in 25: Barcelona, Lisbon, Sevilla, Rome. And then the stadium in Amsterdam with the roof.
I guess Camp Nou isn't finished yet, right?
The draw for the World Cup will take place on December 5th.
Yes but they wil most probably play the olympic stadium. So a start in barca makes sense. Also sevilla since in that stadium there is no football, although I am not sure if Seville was a real option next to Barcelona or a replacement in 25. I think they will avoid football stadiums untill end of competition half may.Quote

That’d be a ‘world tour’ the Stones gave that up after 2005-‘07

The football season is still on in April... so they will avoid some stadia until later.
Even worse, some teams could play play-offs. Therefore the Amsterdam Arena will be off limits until 24 may at least.Quote

April is too early in many ways – weather conditions, football season, etc. and – last but no least – if we assume that they release a new album before going on tour the release date had to be in early March (or even earlier).
It's also unlikely that they will do some indoor shows. It wouldn't make sense with a new album just released.

Would be great if the Stones perform in France one date. Actually I don’t think they can fill up Stade de France. Too big for them by now. Marseille (Vélodrome) with 60 000 people would fit better.

if they do only one show in France it will be Paris (where else?)
La Défense Arena in Paris is already booked for some events in May and June.Quote

If Paris is a must, the U2Arena (40 000 people) would suit better, I think.
