Justin Hayward is the only classic member left. Shit. John wrote a lot of my favorite rock songs by them.

One of my fave bands back in the day into the early 70s. Days Of Future Passed is my fave, one I still listen to in entirety to this day. I think its gonna get a spin today on the old turntable. RIP Mister Lodge.

His bass playing had a psychedelic groove to it that propelled much of their music. Somewhat underrated among Rock bassists. Thanks for all the great music and songs.

I always loved the Moodies. A band that never failed to hit the spot when the “mood” was right. Good to know he was right with the Lord too. See you sometime soon John. In the meantime, thanks for all the great tunes you left behind kindred spirit.

Saw them three times between 1991 - 1993.

I got into them when I borrowed a CD copy of This Is The Moody Blues from a friend. It’s a great compilation.

I like them.

RIP John Lodge. A life well lived.
