RIP Ozzy Osbourne

What a sad day. A little over two weeks after his final show Ozzy died today surrounded by His family.

I sadly never saw him live which I absolutely regret. I was at Rock am Ring festival in 2016 where Sabbath should have played but the last day of the festival was cancelled due to bad weather. Two weeks ago I had a great day with my friends Here at home watching the Live stream of the final show for 10 hours. I'm very saddened now. I first saw Ozzy on TV performing at the backyard of Buckingham Palace. I was 14 years old back then and completely overwhelmed by this guy performing Paranoid.

Shocking with the timing. He held it together for the tribute and then it was time to go.

Saw Sabbath in 74. Briefly crashed the after gig drinks party in their hotel (I was still at school in '74). Ozzy was drinking Blue Nun by the bottle..

Glad he got his final hoorah before he left us. Hope this is of some solace to his family, fellow band mates and his many fans.

A true blue rock and roll character. An open and honest person who was always a great interview. Also a huge Beatles fan.

RIP and condolences to his family and many friends.

RIP. First saw Black Sabbath in Asbury Park Convention Hall in 1972. Black Sabbath albums were often found spinning on my turntable in high school. RIP OZZY
