Minus the footwear and baseball cap, he’s appropriately dressed for the cricket.
Could Mick possibly be the ‘most English’ Rolling Stone?

Arguably Bill. He's more of a Cricket fan than Jagger, AND, through thick and thin, he has always supported Crystal Palace and was VERY happy when they won the FA Cup this year. (It was 164 years since their last major trophy, and Bill was so delighted that he managed to get a photo of himself with the cup.)

Following the Stons from the continent I always had the impression that Charlie Watts was the most English Rolling Stone. The englishness of the band is remarkable. Only Keith Richards seems to have become a little detached from his mothercountry.

Yes, I do agree about Keith. Whilst the other Stones all ‘sort-of’ drifted back to the U.K. after their exile in 1971, I don’t think Keith has lived there since. Does anyone know when he ‘officially’ moved to the United States? He does still own Redlands, of course,

Indeed. And what's his residence status? Did he take out citizenship or does he have some sort of Visa?

Mick looking the part here, so cool.
Still wearing the built up training shoes, probably explains the advantage in length he developed, that's an extra couple of inches right there.

I think you mean, ‘height’. Keith put paid to any discussion on Mick’s length

Regarding Keith, doesn't he still rotate his residence between the US, Jamaica, and Turks and Caicos?

Not Jamaica it wasn't safe for him a long time ago so it's Turks now.
Look up the story Keith tells about Peter Tosh.
Connecticut in the US.

Yeah, I don't think he's owned a property in Jamaica since the 1990's. Turks and Caicos is far safer, with lots of celebrity neighbours for Keith. Oh, and it's a British Overseas Territory, so Keith can fly his Union Jack!
