Telek,

getgo & eventime, kartenhaus & ticketmaster all together use the same computer to catch your orders.

After that there are 2055 "One Euro"-Jobbers printing and shipping your tickets, all night long. ANd you know how they are working! ;-)

But you can read this on getgo-pages:

>> Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Lieferzeit bis zu 3 Wochen betragen kann, die Auswahl der Versandart "Express" kann die Lieferzeit nicht verkürzen. <<

SO: Don't hurry, be happy! ;-)

I got this email today:

Sehr geehrter Herr,
die Tickets werden umgehend nachdem uns diese seitens des Veranstalters zugegangen sind von uns verschickt.
Dies wird in etwa in 4 Wochen der Fall sein.

Does it mean that i get my tickets within 4 weeks from the purchase? Or 4 weeks from now?

Dear Ticketmaster Customer,
This is a courtesy email from Ticketmaster regarding your booking for The Rolling Stones.
Your tickets for this event will be dispatched seven to 10 days prior to the event, however, if tickets were purchased as a Christmas gift please go to [ticketmaster.custhelp.com] and search for Christmas, to find a booking confirmation page for you to personalise and give to a friend, relative or loved one on Christmas day.
Thank you for booking with Ticketmaster, we hope you enjoy the show.

I wrote a complain to ticketmaster uk as they do the same thing there.
It cannot be that people travelling around Europe will receive the tickets so late. Also the ones ordering from further away like US or so.
They have our money and we want the tickets very simple.
This has been always a nightmare with ticket master. (I know I got furious)

see my letter to UK:

LISTEN NOW VERY< CAREFULLY OR READ: I NEED THE TICKETS MUCH BEFORE THAT DATE I AM TRAVELLING OUT OF SWITZERLAND BEFORE THE 18TH OF AUGUST 2006
I PAID FOR THESE TICKETS AND I WANT THEM NOW. WHY IS TICKETMASTER ALWAYS MAKING SUCH A FUZZ, I BOOKED FOUR SHOWS FOR THE ROLLING STONESWITH YOU INVOLVING A LOT OF MONEY.
SEND TICKETS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got this answer today from kartenhaus /ticketmaster, after I wrote them that I want to cancel my booking:

versehentlich ist Ihnen eine E-Mail zugegangen, die nicht nur fehlerhaft
sondern auch gar nicht für Kunden in Deutschland zutreffend war.
Selbstverständlich schicken wir die RS Tickets sobald diese uns vom
Veranstalter zugegangen sind an unsere Kunden weiter.
Eine E-Mail mit eben jenem Inhalt wird Ihnen in Kürze zugehen.

After i ask the ticketoffice if i would get my tickets within four weeks frim now, the answer was:

Dear Mr.

it does mean from now, but there´s no fixed date.
It really depends on when we get the tickets by the promoter of the Rolling Stones Tour.

Nice Regards

I also just received an e-mail from kartenhaus - e-mail address customerservice@ticketmaster.co.uk :

A small number of customers were recently sent an incorrect email concerning the dispatch of tickets for The Rolling Stones events that are due to take place in 2006. If you received one of these emails, please ignore it and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

For Rolling Stones concerts that are taking place in Germany, we have just received the tickets from the promoter for all of the concerts (except Berlin). We are currently processing the tickets we have received and will be dispatching these via secure post at our earliest opportunity.

Thank you for booking with Kartenhaus.
