What a legend...
That is arguably the greatest guitar work ever..under the circumstances
And what a performance after the death of M. Hunter
You can only imagine the work getting back to the stage that someone was dead!
Keith amazingly great.

I have always believe that Altamont was actually a triumphant moment for the Stones. Many if not all acts would have noped out of that situation. (The wimps of today would never have been able to pull it off). Then to actually perform new music, perform at a high level while literally being threatened on your own stage. It was an amazing feat.

I think the Stones should hold their head high on how they came through at Altamont. The ugly ugly day was upon them and they came through it.

Keith amazingly great.

The next show was about 10 months later. Not to minimalize the event. But it was a new tour in a new country. I don't think that was on their mind in Sweden.

Actually the "next show" was Dec 14, Saville Theatre and Dec 21, Lyceum Theatre, London. 1969
