I got mine! 4 tickets FOS! I'm a happy man.

Can somebody give me advise on the ticketoffice where we should collect the tickets. The credit card wasn't mine. Is it possible to collect it with a copy of the ID and the correct credit card? What do you guys think? I do have my reservation printed out.

Congrats
I got mine to. But I did not get any e-mail confirmation.
Very strange. I would have been even able to use the Barcelona code for Madrid
This is all odd

Just to be sure - did anyone get a email confirmation? I doesn't seem so.
I still think that it's ok as long as you got the confirmation screen printed.

No e-mail yet.
Will call tickets?

Picking up tickets: at the last tour all I did was shove the credit card I had used to buy those tickets into one of Servicaixa's "hole-in-the-wall" machines somewhere on a street in Madrid, and the machine just printed and spat the tickets out. You definitely need the original credit card, though!

Did you have to register to Servicaixa?

In the Club Servicixa box, on the order form, what does "Contrasena" mean??

What does Nombre? Primer apellido? and segundo apellido? mean , in the
"datos de contacto" box????

please??

Re: Spanish presale now working
Date: December 14, 2005 15:53

contrasena : password ( choose one )

nombre : surname
primo : first name
secundo : second name

this is MY interpretation of spanish

Actually,

NOMBRE is your name, for example "John"

PRIMER APELLIDO is your normal surname, for example "Smith"
(in Spain everyone has 2 surnames, so if you only have one surname, fill it in there)

SEGUNDO APELLIDO is your second surname, if you have one, otherwise leave empty.

If you filled it in wrong, it doesn't matter, though, as long as youi present your credit card used when purchasing the tickets and your passport, you'll be alright.

IMPORTANT: What I said about picking up tickets above, is THE WRONG INFORMATION!

I just got my 8 FOS tickets and read that this time we have to pick up all tickets bought with a NON-SPANISH credit card at the stadium. It says that you can pick up the tickets on the day of the concert up to a few minutes before the show begins.

(This is gonna make the swapping of tickets an absolute nightmare, great!!!....)

HARM: I had the same problem. Just go back to Google, then RS.com, then log into it with your SECOND identity and password, then click onto get tickets, and then it gives you your second code....

I'm outa here,as I do have a life,(well, at least I thought I did !) good luck everyone!

How can you tell if you have FOS tickets?

Is it just down to the price (81 euros) as it just says entrada general (which I guess is general admission) or have I cocked up? Or is there no FOS, although it looked like it on the plan and thats what I selected!

Re: Spanish presale now working

They are two colors on the floor
blue and brown. The blue is FOS to my knowledge for 81 Euros
and the brown is normal standing for I can'trecall 70 Euro?

Thanks Rockingfan. That was my take on it too but it would be nice to have something on the confirmation saying that.
