He's gotta be chuckling. Instead of naming a street/road after whatever, or being knighted, an interaction with people paying gratitude for things he's done outside of The Rolling Stones reveals true respect.
That's really cool.
Other states have done similar nods of appreciation but this is one of just a few that involves a living musician/artist.
