Yeah...nice sleuthing but hard to tell. Could simply be a matter of just turning and not hitting a full stride. I think it would have to be a few seconds longer.
And even if it were, doesn't mean that's the reason for tour cancellation - if that's where you were headed. Could have been something that just happened.

does anyone remember the hysteria two years ago with people declaring him crippled for the rest of life based on some blurry distant footage and a picture of him being helped down an icy step after attending his birthday party
and even if he is walking weird it doesn't necessarily mean anything (as you said)
he's out partying maybe he had a drink or two and is a little unsteady on his feet
The option to not reply is the best option, imo.
