Because the Stones cannot reach a publishing agreement with the heirs of the original producer, and some of the original tapes are missing.

I never can understand this philosophy by the heirs.....
Surely 10% of something (with The Stones weight and machine behind it), is better than 20% of nothing.....I have just guestimate the % btw.
Also these films & music have a limited shelf life....its not as if there will be tens of thousands of purchasers to buy these in say 20/30/40 years....
Who or what are they hanging out for.....krazy !!
Agree the percentage.....work with The Stones.....get a decent amount of cash just now.....while you can.....and make the fans happy !!
