This is unusually satisfying. Stuff this old is usually a combination of dire sound quality and/or dire video quality. The sound is unusually reasonably good and what video is there (not all of it watermarked) is tolerable.
To my knowledge this was the first show where Taylor's SFTD solo was scripted in. I believe the one Oakland show solo was a extemporaneous one-off. My guess is that that solo and the band hitting its stride prompted Jagger's comment about this show. The video and audio is gold, indeed.
according to the database for reelin' in the years the video comes from a 41 minute tape and they still haven't posted satisfaction, prodigal son, love in vain, thirty seconds of htw and possibly a clip of b.b. king opening for them
