Just found out the Steve Wilson Remix on the Bluray (5.1 mix) has a dynamic range of 14.

is the blu ray better quality than The Rolling Stones June 1976 Pavillon de Paris, as seen on you tube?

Sound quality sounds like FM radio.

I was 15 and in the 10th grade in spring, 1976 - when Black and Blue came out. I was vaguely aware of the Stones (I owned the Goats Head 8-track and loved hearing Honky Tonk Women on the radio).
"Fool To Cry" was a pretty big radio hit and I immediately became a fanatic. I particularly loved (and still love) Memory Motel and Hot Stuff. In fact, everything on there except the awful Cherry Oh Baby.
This is when I got completely absorbed into all things Stones. I missed the 78 tour (closest show was the Atlanta Fox show), but have seen every tour beginning in 1981.
Black and Blue started me on a lifetime obsession. Long live The Stones.

Does anyone know who the composers of the new Black and Blue songs are?
- Chuck Berry Style Jam
- Blues Jam
- Rotterdam Jam
I imagine someone is making some money off those songs.
I've noticed that even Nico Zentgraf doesn't have that information.

those 3 and Freeway Jam have same credits on Spotify, unfortunately Harvey Mandel is credited as guitar in all 4 jams...

Would it be excessive to release a third vinyl box set in black and blue liquid, or could it be released?
The live version of the song was released as a single in 2006Quote

I think they could still pull off Hand Of Fate - it's fairly straightforward musically, and the tempo is kinda ploddy.

HA HA!!! Musically it's faithful to the 1971 original but Mick's singing is horrendous. Is that what makes it so bad? That's my take on it. Did Mick blow it on purpose because he can't sing like Eric Donaldson? Mick said they "did it one day for a laugh and kept it on the album."
