The actor has passed, age 78. She was diagnosed some years ago with MS. She was brilliant in Young Frankenstein and Tootsie but (I have just learned) she was also one of the dancers in the background of the TAMI show.

Sad news. I absolutely loved her in Young Frankenstein.

RIP Teri.

P.S. She was also great in Mr. Mom (with Michael Keaton and Martin Mull).

Played a number of great roles cited in previous posts and was the very definition of “cute.”

She also appeared in one of my favorite films, The Monkees' "Head."

I loved her role as Phyllis (Sgt. Norton) in TV drama McCloud. Another part of my Seventies is gone.

RIP Teri Garr

According to one of the Stones bios, she and Toni Basil attended a recording session (maybe with Brian Wilson) around 65 or 66.

Toni later had the hit with "Mickey"......
