Just got my ticket to the Vue on the 28th November, not the premiere, but nevertheless a chance to see the show (again) on a bigger screen. Taking my 11 year old boy! He saw them in Austin in 2021, but we were so tired by the time we got there...!

Definitely excited for this too, but I hope the split screen is an option and not through the whole concert. Although I care more about the audio.

We now got video from Respectable, Saint of Me and Brand new car and you can see Splitscreen in all of them. I fear it's an artistic decision and it'll be though the whole movie.

Maybe BluRay will offer a non split-screen option of the show. Unlikely perhaps, but would definitely prefer normal show to having a split-screen during parts of every song. Overall though, split-screen or no, am delighted to be getting it. Love the Babylon tour.

Ah they had to ruin it somehow, the splitscreen format is such a distracting viewing experience. Gonna hang fire on this release and wait for impressions to see how annoying it is. Shame.

I’m still in for the audio. Maybe they feel the club show is boring to watch so they added another dimension?

There's so much going on that you need more than one camera view. Would be nice if you can choose between the cameras or view the splitscreen mode.

I read where someone referred to this as part of the Babylon tour. It's part of No Security, a much better tour. I'd already seen them on the NS tour months earlier in the states. Or did they call it Babylon in Europe in '99?

It was Bridges to Babylon Europe 1999. They played postponed dates from the previous year.

Do you know that white vinyl is only sold on the Stones website or also on the Spanish Universal website?

It's not listed there - [UniversalMusicOnline.es] . It's also not listed e.g. at Dutch Platenzaak.nl or German Bravado.de. But it's available at the RS shop and the Sound of Vinyl - [iorr.org] .

It was named Bridges to Babylon Tour but the setlist had more in common with the No Security Tour including the No Security Intro and JJF as an opener. But they started playing Satisfaction as an encore after two concerts.

The postponement had been for some tax reasons hadn't it ?

It was annoying at the time... but I think we probably got some better shows than if they'd gone ahead in '98.

Yes, a few concerts were postponed for tax reasons. The workers would have been taxed very high for the 1998 tax year and would have owed their pay for going back to the UK in taxes. They would have made nothing for their work (or close to nothing).

No, those were Germany shows scheduled for end of May 1998. Namely Berlin’s Olympic Stadium May 22, Munich Olympic Stadium May 24, Gelsenkirchen Park Stadium May 26 and Zagreb Hippodrome May 28. They also canceled Lyon on June 5. They started the tour in Nuerenberg on June 13. And then canceled/rescheduled a few more concerts due to Jagger laryngitis.
