Great show. Really enjoy the videos...here in Sweden. What a band! (But since you cant trust videos...I have been told...it was perhaps a show with no energy what so ever...and lots of mistakes and so on...) cool smiley

I can guarantee you, Bjorn, that it was a great show indeed. And that's an understatement!
Only 12 days earlier I was at the Vancouver concert, which was great too, but with the temperatures high, it wore out the guys somewhat at the end.

The temperature in Santa Clara was perfect and for sure that explains the enormous energy the band radiated on stage. Absolutely magnificant, highly motivated.
A shame such feeling can not be caught on video.

The Santa Clara show was excellent. I left with the feeling it was one of the best.

Interesting on Ronnie's setlist it says that YCAGWYW was filmed... anyone have any insight into this.... thunder ridge show likely to be recorded?

it doesconfused smiley

what does that mean?

There was at least one song I saw with extra film crew: a guy with a camera walking a little down the catwalk with Mick (he wound up knocking over the mic stand while walking backward). There was also a camera man walking around Keith and Ronnie.

This could be an explanation for this (unusual) extra filming:

Apple will bring for their Vision Pro headset a new concert series 'Concert for One' later in 2024 (captured as immersive video) where fans will experience intimate performances from the world’s biggest artists - [www.Apple.com] . Since Apple's headquarter in Cupertino is just around the corner from Santa Clara, this was maybe a good opportunity for filming.

sounds like pretty plausible theory

thanks
